If you came up to me and said:
"Hey, I'm afraid that when I'm sick, nobody will be around to take care of me. Could you please take care of me when I'm sick?"
Then I'd probably say
"Sure, no problem. Maybe you could do the same for me, eh?"
And you might say:
"Well, but I don't make any money."
And I'd give you the benefit of the doubt and say:
"Well, that's ok. I'll still take care of you because I'm a nice guy."
And you might even think:
"Cool, I suckered him into taking care of me by being as pathetic as possible, and I don't even have to work for it."
But I'd still be nice to you, even if you were abusing the situation. Because you're my friend, and I'll let you get away with a certain amount.
But when you come to me and say:
"I have a God-given right to force you to take care of me when I'm sick. So kneel down and lick my boots! "
then I'm going to say
piss off.
Get it?
Healthcare is not a right. Piss off.
